Pasco Growth Continues

Pasco Growth Continues

In 2019 Pasco new construction exceeded $1.6 billion dollars and more than 52,000 building permits were issued. With residential permitting up 21% and commercial activity is up 7% of construction sites are all over.

Examples of construction filled all our roads and highways. Check below:

  • Terraforming is starting along Livingston Road just south of SR54/Livingston. No more a sleepy little way to get to County Line Road from SR 54

  • Located at Hale Road and Land O Lakes Blvd they are building a super gas station plus a new 27 home subdivision has been approved off Bell Lake Road

  • Plus, after a wait of more than 20 years work will begin one the east/west extension of Ridge Road. The first phase has begun

  • Widening of SR 52 from East of the Suncoast to US 41:

This project will widen SR 52 from the Suncoast Parkway

to east of US 41 to a six lane divided road.

This project will widen SR 52

All this and more is coming within the next few years. There will be major completed through-fares across Pasco County.

ALDI is building all over Pasco. Aldi will be opening in Cypress Creek Town Center, in Trinity at Trinity Blvd and  SR 54, in New Port Richey and in Zephyrhills.
