Norwegian Airlines
This low-cost carrier just appeared on the scene in the past year. We have a number of friends and relatives who have tried the airline and they say it’s great—at least the prices are. The caution they add is to be sure and bring your own food but that’s easy. They have fared as low as $250.00 each way from Tampa to London. And they fly to more than 150 destinations. Our niece flew from Virginia to Ireland for peanuts (which she wished she had brought with her). We checked and they are sold out at least two months ahead. Anyway—check it out. It might be pretty basic but the flight to England is only about eight hours and you can save a $1,000.
Property Tax in Pasco County:
When everything costs more money it's nice to know that the Pasco County Commission agreed to NOT increase our property tax rate in 2019. Of course, if the value of your property goes up you will pay more, but the increasing value is a good thing.

Cypress Creek Town Center
The 54/56/75 intersection will be getting busier. In addition to the new apartment complex under construction and the Burger King (both located in the northwest corner of 54/56), Cypress Creek Town Center will be adding more stores. Located across the road from the Premium Outlets the shopping center has signed At Home, Burlington Coat Factory, Earth Fare Grocery, Home Goods and Five Below. Of course, there will be at least six restaurants on the North side of 56 to balance eight restaurants on the south side. On the restaurant count, I may be off because they are arriving at a very rapid rate. We are at no risk of starving.
All for now:
Stay cool. I think it is getting hotter every summer. We are going to visit my mother in South Africa at the end of August. She’s 94 so, we’re doubling up on our South African visits this year and its winter there now. But, in the meantime, no matter where we are in the world we can help you with your real estate needs.

Take out a Mortgage
When you take out a mortgage, you also often end up having to get additional services that involve paying extra fees. For instance, most lenders will require that you have private mortgage insurance if you don't make a minimum down payment of 20% or more when you first purchase your home, and that protection can cost you hundreds of dollars in additional premiums every month.
