The area boasts a large modern high school which offers academic and vocational programs on a 100 acre campus with an activity center and lighted athletic park. There are three elementary schools, a modern junior high school, and other private schools as well. Other educational opportunities include the University of South Florida, 15 minutes away; St.Leo College, 16 minutes away; the University of Tampa, 25 minutes away; Pasco-Hernando Community College, located in town; and Hillsborough Community College, 20 minutes away.
