The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade association. The CIPS Network is comprised of 1,500 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate with one common element: they are focused specifically on the "international" market. As CIPS specialists we routinely travel abroad to meet with our clients in the UK and Europe and assist foreign investors, expats buying Florida businesses and holiday home seekers.

Extensive study and course attendance in North America and Europe are required to qualify as a CIPS certified Realtor. 

We are founding members of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (GTAR) Council focused on International Real Estate clients. Our principal focus is the United Kingdom and Western Europe.

Based on their experience in selling properties of quality, we have been inducted into ERA’s International Collection. The International Collection is specifically for Realtors who have experience helping clients sell or acquire properties in the million dollar plus range.

Sheena’s experience includes working as a General Contractor, a landscape designer and interior decorator. To sharpen her skills she has completed the courses necessary to be recognized as a Staging Professional. Sheena can help our clients prepare a property for dale in every dimension or provide useful analysis on a specific property’s potential.

Based on our experience internationally, we have been selected by the Leading Agents of the World to represent Florida exclusively in this global organization. Simply stated, our goal is to help foreign nationals invest in Florida to meet their financial and personal goals.

ICREA assists in efficiently and profitably facilitating trans-national business.
